Meet Your Coach
Hey you, it’s Marissa here! I’m a holistic health coach who’s passionate about helping other women prioritize their whole-body health and reconnect with themselves.
For most of high school and some of college, I struggled with disordered eating, poor body image, unhealthy exercise habits, and much more. I was stressed about food 24/7, miserable during workouts, and absolutely hated my body.
Through a lot of time and effort focused on inner work, I was able to learn how to eat and exercise intuitively, manage my stress in healthy and productive ways, and come to accept and love my body just the way it is.
And I want to help everyone who is going through the same thing I went through, which is why I created this 1:1 program!
